Last updated: 21 April 2026
Envoyic Ltd (“Envoyic”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Envoyic Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
Contact: hello@envoyic.ai

2. What personal data we collect
Email capture formWhen you request the AI Readiness Checklist, we collect your first name, email address, and industry. This is the only form on this site that collects personal data.

Contact by emailIf you email us directly at hello@envoyic.ai, we collect the information you provide in that correspondence.
Website usage dataThis website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any tracking scripts of our own. We do not collect IP addresses, browser data, or behavioural data about visitors.
3. How we use your data
We use the personal data you provide to:
- Send you the AI Readiness Checklist you requested
- Follow up with information relevant to your industry and our services
- Respond to enquiries and booking requests
- Improve how we communicate about our services
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to our business services.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
- Consent — when you submit the email form, you consent to receive the checklist and follow-up communications from us. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@envoyic.ai.
- Legitimate interests — we may process contact data to respond to enquiries, where this is in our mutual interest and does not override your rights.
5. Third-party data processors
We use the following third-party services to process data on our behalf. Each has been selected for their compliance with applicable data protection law.
AirtableWe store form submissions (name, email, industry) in Airtable, a cloud database service operated by Formagrid Inc. (USA). Data is transferred under standard contractual clauses. Airtable's privacy policy: airtable.com/privacy
ResendWe send transactional emails (such as the AI Readiness Checklist) via Resend, an email delivery service operated by Resend Inc. (USA). Data is transferred under standard contractual clauses. Resend's privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
CalendlyOur contact page embeds a booking calendar from Calendly LLC (USA). Calendly collects personal data you enter when making a booking and sets cookies for scheduling functionality. Calendly data is transferred under standard contractual clauses. Calendly's privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy
6. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
The Calendly booking calendar (on our Contact page) sets third-party cookies when loaded. These are used by Calendly for scheduling functionality and their own analytics. We ask for your consent before loading Calendly — you can accept or decline using the banner shown on your first visit.
If you decline, the Calendly calendar will not load and no cookies will be set. You can book directly by emailing hello@envoyic.ai.
7. Data retention
We retain your contact details for as long as we have an active business relationship or a legitimate reason to keep them. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days and confirm in writing.
8. International data transfers
Airtable, Resend, and Calendly are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — specifically, standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). If you have questions about these safeguards, contact us at hello@envoyic.ai.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@envoyic.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Right to complain
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint
ICO helpline: 0303 123 1113
We would always prefer to resolve any concerns directly — please contact us first.
